Frequently asked questions

Last updated: August 27, 2026

Do we have to move to HubSpot? No. If you have adopted another platform and it genuinely fits, the useful work is usually consolidating your first-party data into the right system for you rather than migrating for its own sake. We will tell you if we think you are on the wrong platform, and we will also tell you when switching would cost more than it returns.

Who owns what you build? You do. It lives in your portal, under your account.

What happens if we stop working together? Everything we built stays in your portal and keeps working. We do not hold configuration, data, or automations in our own tooling.

Do you work with our existing team, or replace them? Work with. Most engagements involve building systems your team then runs. Where we run something ongoing, that is an explicit part of the scope rather than a dependency that grew by accident.

Can you just do the one thing we asked for? Sometimes. But if the audit shows the thing you asked for is not what is costing you revenue, we will say so before taking the work. Doing the requested thing well while the actual problem goes unaddressed is not a good outcome for either of us.

How quickly can we start? It depends on current commitments. Ask, and we will give you a real answer rather than an optimistic one.

What if we are not a fit? We will say so. It is a normal outcome and it happens regularly. A referral somewhere better is worth more to us than a bad engagement.
