Reporting an issue

Last updated: August 27, 2026

Where to send it

Email support@romandamedia.com. If it relates to live work your day-to-day contact already knows about, copy them in.

What to include

The difference between a fast fix and a long back-and-forth is almost always the detail in the first message.

  1. What you expected to happen.
  2. What actually happened.
  3. A specific example. A contact record, a deal, a URL, an invoice number. One real case beats a general description every time.
  4. When you first noticed it, and whether it ever worked.
  5. A screenshot, if there is anything to see.

"The form is broken" takes several messages to act on. "A contact submitted the contact form at 9:40 this morning and no record was created, here is the confirmation they saw" can be investigated immediately.

Things worth checking first

Is it just you? Ask a colleague to try. If it works for them, it is likely a browser or permissions issue, which is a different fix.

Have you tried a private window? This rules out a stale cached page, which accounts for a surprising share of reports.

Did something change recently? A new integration, a permission change, someone leaving.

What happens next

We will confirm we have it, tell you what we think is happening, and tell you if it will take longer than expected. If we cannot reproduce it, we will say so and ask for more detail rather than quietly closing it.
